Bad service, rude and use swearing words to clients

I got a call from a lady called Prudence from Fourways life office. She was so rude to me because i was asking why they didn't not claim from my medical aid.

This was not the first it's happening. In 2017 i got listed by the same Doctors because they didn't put in a claim from the medical aid in time after i have given them everything like authorization for the claim. My medical aid said they couldn't pay because they didn't claim in but only after 6 months.

In the end instead of taking the blame the listed me, i phoned the Doctor direct but was asked to pay half of the money owed to them. The way the lady was so rude to me i ended up in tears, she swearing at me telling me i was not her child.
