Bad Service received at Xray Dept at Wilgeheuwel Hospital

Went to the Xray Dept at Wilgeheuwel Hospital this afternoon, arrived shortly after 17h00. Had my xrays done around 17h30 and I was told to wait while they do the report. At 18h40 I was still waiting, when the gentleman that did my xrays came out and he saw me still sitting there, he asked, are u still waiting? Well obviously I was still waiting and half frozen from the aircon that was blowing at full speed, my back was in agony from the cold. He went to check if the report was done and came back and said the dr hasn't done it yet and he isn't around, I was absolutely furious, there were staff sitting behind the counter and some coming and going and not one person asked me why I was still waiting, in fact there was a lady sitting behind the counter and did not even bother to check what I was waiting for, and I obviously waited because I was told to wait while they do the report. The gentleman said he doesnt know when it will get done and maybe I can come back if I dont stay to far. I mean really, I waited over an hour for nothing and you asking me to come back? I had no answer to this, so I left. If the gentleman did not notice me I most probably would have still waited therw for who knows how long. This type of service is totally unacceptable, I insist that this matter gets investigated and that my xrays be delivered to me.
