Dealing with a professional dentist, you would immediately presume that all the staff will also treat the patients with respect and a professional attitude. Unfortunately NOT THE CASE at Dr Pieters rooms. The receptionist is extremely rude, and very very unprofessional / ***********. I have never experienced SUCH unbelievably rude behaviour at any other company that I have dealt with.<br> <br> Threatening to 'hand me over' if account is not paid immediately, however with my last visit to the dentist, Dr de Kok hurt me SO badly that my mouth/gum/jaw was bruised and sore for days after AND the best of all, the root was never even extracted, after all that pain I went through. After all that, she said a professional ortodontist should rather extract the root. My mouth bled for days after that, and all Dr de Kok could say, was to rinse my mouth with salt water.<br> <br> I am seriously shocked and disgusted with the treatment I received and am still receiving here!
