Bill I did not agree on

My spouse went to hospital and they treated her and took blood test and xrays using my medical aid polmed. They didnt make any arrangements or call my medical about how I m gona pay if the is extra cash that I have to pay. Now I m receiving this email that says I m owing them R11227.96 that I dont know is for what.
