Despicable behaviour

SA Radiology Services, Have a very under handed approach when dealing with debtors. They send out an invoice via email. Do no follow up to confirm you received the invoice. They then hand you over to the their debtors collection agency Du Plessis & Partners They then charge you approx. double what the original invoice amount was. Then they threaten to list you with all the major credit bureaus within 28 days if you dont pay. Not once do they actually bother to phone you and confirm receipt of the invoice.
