Dont threaten to black list me when you are at fault!

I received an ITC letter from this practice threatening to blacklist me for outstanding payment of R1300. Geraldine in accounts claims she has made numerous attempts to contact me but cannot confirm if any voice messages were left with the two "Numerous attempts" apparent calls in over a year!

Now I am the villain when I get upset for receiving a threatening letter. if you just had the decency to leave me a voice message I would gladly have sorted this out!

None of the messages you claim to have sent me have ever arrived and I challenge you to provide proof of those messages!!!
