Casualty (Netcare Pholoso) Accounts!!!!!!

My son was admitted in Netcare Pholoso on the 16th of March 2022, I only received calls today that my account was handed over, medical aid did not pay. no communication from them nothing until today. Likely Bonitas will pay the account, but it is frustrating. How do u hand over an account to the lawyers without any form of communication? ridiculous service. The treatment at that casualty ward was even worse.
