Medical Service, and we must pay for this?

Disgusted, seen Dr Elhers on Tuesday, was advised to call the Dr back and "Remind" him to give my results to me if I have not heard from him by Thursday morning.. I then did this but no answer at the practice. I called again today 3 times, now suddenly he does NOT talk to patients over the phone (after he advised he would give the results via telephone) Not sure what kind of game or service they render but I will not pay for this nor will I allow my medical aid...
