Payment troubles

<p>I made an internet payment for an ampath account and the only bank listed account available was to ampath vericred. So i used that account. Only to find out that is the account that is used when an account is handed over for collecting. I contacted ampath and ampath vericred, emailed my proof of payment to both and no one has gotten back to me yet. I don't think that is acceptable. There must be a way that the money can be allocated to the correct account. And why does no one get back to me?</p>
