Lazy accounts department

Not for the first time have Drs Du Buisson Kramer Swart Brouwer handed my account over to NCCS without first trying to contact me. I live out of the country and we normally pay cash but if blood tests are done at a Doctors rooms they are not able to give the cost. All my details, phone number, address and email address are completed on the forms but rather than the accounts department trying to contact me directly they hand straight to the credit collection company who start billing for failed phone calls and this time even failed email addresses as they incorrectly typed in the wrong email address.

My personal feeling is that the accounts department at Dr Du Buisson Kramer Swart Brouwer are very lazy and it is much easier to hand over an account hand try to collect themselves.

I am extremely unhappy with what has happened but they are not interested in helping clients once they have tested the blood samples. If this had only happened once in my life I would be a little more patient but it has happened to myself and my husband each time we have not been able to pay upfront.
