ITC for In-hospital account

My daughter was admitted in August 2018. Her pediatrician did blood tests for R12000.00 during her admission. Months later I received a outstanding account for R1600.00 for tests in the time of the admission. I called ampath and the guy said they didn't know that she was admitted and that the claim was processed through my savings and that the account is because my savings were depleted. I asked him to reverse the claim and submit it as "in-hospital"... Today I received a letter from ITC saying I have a few days to settle the account or they will ITC my name. Ampath is the worst as they don't care - even after I called them.
