Incorrect statement

<p>A while ago I had some blood tests done. Standard stuff. I was presented with the invoice before I left, and paid in full via credit card.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some time later I received an emailed invoice/statement, showing that part of my payment had disappeared. I queried this a week ago, asking for a corrected statement, but have so far not received one.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please resolve this urgently before your people start sending me threatening messages, which would not end well for your company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Invoice no.
