Horrible customer service from accounts department.

Ampath accounts department has exceptionally poor customer service, no empathy and do not care when they treat customers / patients unfairly. An account of ours was sent to the wrong person, we did thus not know about the account. The person that it was incorrectly sent to eventually forwarded us the account and as soon as they did we contacted Ampath to make arrangements. Only to find out that the account is already handed over. We experienced zero understanding from the accounts department and they obviously have no interest in helping their customers. I will definitely make sure that my medical professionals do not refer me to make use of Ampath's services ever again.
