Drs Du Buisson Kramer Swart Brouwer *********** accounts department

On the 28/07/2021 I went for blood tests at Ampath - Parkland Hospital Springs. according to me my medical aid paid all outstanding bills. They started to send me sms messages that my account is in arrears. every sms i received i phoned Ampath - Parkland Hospital Lab and they informed me there is no outstanding amount on my ID. During September 2021 I phoned Drs Du Buisson Kramer Swart Brouwer on *** and asked them to send me the invoice in question in order for me to see what was not paid and to send it to my medical aid. Still I haven't receive an invoice. on the 30/11/2021 I received a letter from ITC business Administrators stating that i will be handed over due to no payment. On the 1/12/2021 I phoned Ampath - Parkland Hospital Springs and yet again they confirmed I have no outstanding amount. I then phoned Drs Du Buisson Kramer Swart Brouwer on *** again and they could not confirm that there is an amount outstanding or not but they will send me an email with my statement. Totally *********** accounts department that can not get there own information through to customers but are quick to send itc letters out. According to Drs Du Buisson Kramer Swart Brouwer account department this is an automated system and she apologized and said she will sort it out. Please note that i am an adult male who never once had and unpaid account nor a late paid account. This is frustrating to think that an useless company like this can send out letters like this. all this because the clearly don't care.
