The accounts department in this place is totally ridiculous, my mother got handed over the other day for a statement she never received, she was paying off her account with them which they fully agreed upon, last month was her last payment, a week later she received a statement from March this year from Vericred, to say she had been handed over, I contacted Vericred and they sent me the statement from Dr du Buisson Kramer Swart Brouwer, to our horror we saw this was from March of 2020 and was never received, as I know because I help my mother with sorting out her financials. (My mother is a pensioner by the way) this place is disgusting and totally has no shame whatsoever, to do this to the elderly at a time like this non the less. It is unacceptable behaviour. These people are *********.
