On 21 January 2022 I received a letter of demand from NCS and rep**** on 24 January 2022 informing Agnes Sethole that I have been not generating an income but as soon as I can I will be in contact to make arrangements on the account. Upon which she was only worried and rep**** requesting amount and date. Whereby I rep**** that I will settle the initial opening balance over 4 months down payment. Agnes did not dispute my offer of only settling the initial opening balance and only requested proof of payments. March 2022 I commenced payment and the last amount due as I advised her in a previous email was paid on 11 May 2022. Today I received another letter of demand for additional payment to the account and upon inspection found that they charged me a fee for every payment received aswell as the email sent and apparently sms’e. When I brought under her attention that the account is settled as we had agreed she denies ever accepting the amount I offered to settle and not one email exchange can proof her statement. Not one email exchange made any mention of payment receipt fees. Now she threatens that no clearance letter for the account will be generated on the account and can’t she proof any denial of the offer I made to settle the account. Giving me an idea that she made a mistake and is trying to get out of the situation. According to me the account is paid up and settled and I won’t be liable for any charges on the account not discussed with me.
