Cancer is not to be taken lightly!

I would just like to know the consequences of blood results coming back negative which were in fact positive (fault admitted by Du Buisson) for cancer which was only found out around 9 months later. Which would obviously have made a huge difference in medical expenses if it were caught / treated earlier as the patient is not on medical aid...

Du Buisson are EXTREMELY fast in wanting to black list you over R100 after probably not even receiving the bill but what about my father that could have been treated ALOT earlier due to an error your Lab made? And does not have medical. What is the process then? DO I also get to black list you? And then through treatment we still have to keep paying them on time..? When all of this could have been avoided.....
