Bad service and *****'s

I was admitted in St George hospital for a full test because my Dr could not find the problem what was wrong my medical aid pays 100% for this type of blood test. My medical won't pay because Ampath did not do pre authorisation on the tests and they did not put it through hospital plan. I'm the patient its not my work to deal with medical aid. Now they put it through on my day to day savings. I can't understand why this Ampath took the test because I have been in St George hospital and not Greenacres Hospital.
