AMPATH/Du Buisson Kramer Swart Bouwer

We have just been contacted, for the 1st time mind you, about an outstanding account which was NEVER sent to us as the address is incorrect (supp**** to us) and now contacted by Debt Collectors. We are therefore having to pay debtors fees/collection fees on an account of less than R200. We have ask repeatedly for an account and also the banking details, which to date have not been supp****. We do not dispute we owe money as we received a statement from Discovery to indicate we needed to pay supplier, but no account has been forthcoming and in fact when contacting the debt collectors the address was totally incorrect. In simple terms AMPATH sucks!
