Ampath you are ridiculous!!!

I had bloods done in February for maternity related which was not covered by the medical aid I then contacted my medical aid and ampath to find out as to why it was not covered I was then advised by a guy named kyle to get an email from my medical aid to state that I was pregnant so that ampath could amend the icd10 code to maternity related I send the email to them on the 31st October and received one back from them saying they will attend to it any person would wait for their response as they state it been attended to yesterday the 4th Dec I receive an sms stating u will be handed over I don't get why I should pay this as it is not my problem they can't attend to the queries as promised I said I will pay R10 a month as it not fair I should pay this as I had credit for bloods for maternity..I received pathetic service today as the guy was unhelpful!!!and was told there is a 6 month payment option there after I will be handed over for something that they didn't attend to!!!Really Frustrated!!!
