Account settled but still demanding money

I have NEVER come across such a rude and unprofessional company. I settled this account, only to be told that i need to pay the legal fees, sorry but i dont know about the legal fees, and what should there be legal fees once the account was settled? The accounts ladies are heartless and very unprofessional when i explained i never got a letter of demand, i only got the account. So please take your sms'es and leave me alone, i will pay you when i can afford to pay it as i have been without work and i have no family to assist me. <br>
