Disgraceful etiquette administration department with no invoices

Just received a rude sms notifying that I must pay an amount of R115,50 to avoid being black listed. No invoice sent to me, no detail of anything. I dont even know what it is. I see lots of comments about them. When you phone the office power google phone number no reply. Disgraceful etiquette and admin process for the company or a very good **** to make you pay for something you don't know about.
