Witholding Patient Account Credits

Sandton X-ray accounts have been sitting on a credit of R1017.60 cash payment made by me since Jan 2019. This only came to light now, by chance, when I used their services again. Quick to send a bill, not forthcoming when they have monies due to a client. Shocking patient billing service, cannot be trusted.
