Beware of terrible service

In October last year i was involved in an accident,i was hit by a vehicle while traveling on my bike,i was then taken to Morningside Medi Clinic for my treatments, it is now a good couple of months later and all of a sudden I've been handed over for an account i never received,i did not receive a call,an email or even a text about any outstanding moneys that were not paid by my hospital plan.I find this absolutely disgusting service, the account department has no idea what they are doing and are quick to hand people over when they themselves cant even do their jobs properly. Very poor performance on tour part guys,hopefully nobody ever has to deal with your department
