Annoyed!

I needed a biopsy done on my neck a little over a month ago which was done by the above X-Ray dept. My medical aid paid in full except for a small amount of R55-00. Today I get a text message telling me my account is 30 days in arrears. Well as I told them it would have been really nice if in those 30 days they bothered sending me an invoice or a statement, then my account wouldn't have been in arrears. Makes me mad. Anyway the account is now settled.
