Waitress Runny tummy at Dros

Dros Gateway, yesterday 15/09/2019, my family decided to try Dros once again. Since other places were extremely busy and we wanted a play area seat,we hesitantly settled on Dros.

I will admit that I should have just stuck to my instincts and waited for the place next door. We got our place at Dros and the waitress seemed to just not give a damn, hand the menus and walked away without saying a word. When she came back, took our drinks and I had to enquire on specials and new editions to the menu. By her response, she knew nothing about the new editions to the menu. Kids meal arrived first and then she disappeared for a bit. Main meals appeared 15-20 mins afterwards, then she disappeared.

1 meal was as bland as water, and the other meal would give barcelos super peri a run for their money.... how can one compare the two? However cos I'm paying for these and it's our choice, we just tried to go on, bit requested a kids take away.

The waitress walks over and leaves packet and container on the table without mentioning a word. No decency to at least say DIY, and disappears again.

I call for the manager, and we have decent chat and she offers 10% off the bill and a change of waitress. The same waitress comes back smiling and says she wants to sort out the problem. I'm done now aNd want the bill and to leave.

The waitresses responded with, "I'm sorry but I have runny tummy and have been in the toilet all along."

I understand a person can be unwell and suffering, but this from the person serving my meal bring a new dimension to the service, serving and flavour. Highly doubt that we will return.
