Very poor Customer service

<p>I am so upset with the poor level ouf service that I received from this resturant for the past two weeks i went there to eat, I went today because as I received poor service last week it would be better today since we actually called a mananger last week to eventually assist us.</p> <p>We came in today at 2:15 and ordered 5 set of plates, it was not busy at al as there were a lot of empty utables next to ours. we ordered the burgres on special 15 mints later no word from anyone, thirty mins past nuthing, an hour later our waiter comes back usking if another waiter has taken our order, we then rep**** saing she took our order, she uthen responds hwith an odesity to say " oh theres too may of us she fogot" how can you foget your table, I was so upset as i was on break as well on my luch hour, whole hour passed with no food no service.</p> <p>I then usked her to call her mananger who was so chilled that he didnt even see how upset we were took another 30 mions to bring us the drinks eventually left there a half hour later i eventually usked to have a take away as i was out of time which they were also refusing.</p> <p>I would refer any frinds to that place with the horrible letvel of service they have.</p>
