Most terreble customer service

<p>while at Dros at Gateway today I have encountered the worst service that I have received at a restaurant by a waiter called Sne she was the most rude and ill mannered person I have ever been served by I am still astonished at how an establishment like Dros could hire a person like this to service there customers after sitting 45 min waiting for a order the waitress then comes back and asked if we have been served she then turns around and says that she has not even placed the order. this is a very poor reflection of this establishment and leaves a very sour taste when thinking about the service and will think twice in future before ever going back there hopefully if I ever go back they have better trained staff with better attitudes</p>
