Moral of the story?..Read the reviews before you come here....

<p>On Saturday the 10th June 2017 we went for a lunch here as we were at Gateway.<br />We both ordered pork ribs 600g.<br />The worst ribs in our life in looks and taste.<br />These ribs were only 4 or 5cm wide at the most.<br />They tasted like they were the pre cooked type,which isnt really a problem sometimes,<br />but these tasted like they were quickly defrosted and quickly warmed up on the grill.<br />They arrived within 4 minutes of ordering,and that alone shouldve rang an alarm already.<br />No Place is that efficient,even if you are ranked no1 in south africa.<br />They were cold.<br />I complained and the manager arrived and was apologetic, as they usually all are.<br />Noticing my irritation she sent the kitchen manager to explain.<br />Also apologetic,her excuse was she was busy else where at the time.<br />I found both managers uninterested.<br />The type that give the impression that it was just a job with a wage..<br />I feel they both were totally inexperienced.<br />The manager took my details and email so the BIG manager would get in touch...I'm STILL WAITING.</p> <p>I got automated responses and someone wanting my setails.</p> <p>I gave my details to the Manager on duty,</p> <p>If she lost it,then too bad...<br />It shows what type of Head Office management Dros has,<br />Rather than improve on a business, they are happy to just turn over profits and happy on new patrons stumbling in....and never returning.<br />I know we wont.<br />There must be a reason that all the coffee shops in Gateway are bustling and this establishment only had a few lost souls that took a chance...and LOST....<br />We all have smartfones nowdays,it wouldve taken me 30 seconds to check the reviews for Dros Gateway.<br />I was my mistake...and i paid for it.</p>
