Horrible Customer service

Had a very terrible experience with the Operator of the Dross Gateway branch i didn't even get his name but hes the operator according to the name tag he wears ..That is one rude person ...so on Friday i was out for lunch and made a card payment was then told my payment does not reflect on their side but on my notifications it was approved so was advised to make a second payment which i did using a different card and it also went through then was told to leave and come back the following day with the bank statement and everything so i then did exactly as was told used my money yet again going there to submit the statement so that my money can be reversed so the Operator then told me to leave the documents he will sort everything out on Monday now to my suprise on Monday when i get there he tells me me to leave the building hes got important stuff to do he will call me whenever he has something for me
