Disgusting service

Went to Dros on Sunday (4 people) - ordered drinks and meals - drinks were fine - meals came only for 2 people an hour later with rice and tarta sauce not given yet it was part of the meal that looked like a blind person made it ... so we asked another waiter to please bring the rice and sauce and the other meals, he goes into the kitchen comes out with nothing and sees to another table and looks away from us completely ignoring us ... so we then called for the manager - staff had no idea where the manager was - 10-15 minutes later still no food for the other 2 people ... then manager eventually attends to us, we explain the problem and we are then asked so whats the matter ... then manager smells the food and says it doesn't even smell right or look appetizing, we then requested the bill to pay for drinks and leave, so manager takes the food and disappears for 10 minutes until we had to go to her and pay the bill and leave... our waiter is not at fault here so we still gave him his tip, the kitchen manager and staff are terrible, how on earth can you send out food that does not look good, smell good and does not even have everything on the plate ... not a place that i would recommend to anyone or ever go to again .... absolutely terrible...
