2 hour wait for Food that didn't arrive!!! Pathetic !!!

went to Dros at Gateway yesterday the 4th of Oct 2018 we ordered 3 of the current specials for 169.99 and 1 portion 1 kg Ribs

the meals for Specials where ready and the waiter came to us and says theres a delay with the Ribs, it will be a few minutes late can i bring the other meals, we said ok.

it went 1 hour later and nothing, we called the waiter and said the person who ordered it was starving, he rep**** he cant do anything its still delayed!!! after an hour!!! all in all he waited almost 2 hours for food he didnt know he wasn't getting

we asked to cancel the order and he agreed immediately saying its fine cause its still in oven barely ready !!!!

we was so angry, if we knew earlier we would of left or either ordered something else it was already so late and no one had the decency to come tell us that there would be such a huge delay.

the manager of the store didn't even bother to come see us even after requesting to see him!!

very bad - we will not go there again.
