Would not recommend

What a horrible experience at the Dros Edenvale today! Firstly their glasses were dirty and even had lipstick stains and a foul odour. When we asked the waitress what was their cleaning process, she explained that they only rinse the glasses after each use!🥴 Secondly, when we recieved our food after a 2 hour wait, only 3 out of 5 orders were wrong and then had to wait another 30 minutes! Touching on food quality we ordered a chicken platter, as you can see from the picture it was dry and old (inedible). Their signature dish being the eisbein had an unpleasant odour and taste! We did speak to the manager Pamela, who did not give us any constructive solution, and between Pamela and the waitress, they blamed eachother for the poor service and lack of solution. After talking to the manager without a solution , we just paid the full bill and opted for a doggy bag for our doggy! Would NEVER recommend 🗣
