Worst Service Ever

I bought a Christmas Lunch Special with Dros through Groupon.<br> <br> We made a booking for 12h for 4 as per the special requirements.<br> <br> When we arrived there was no welcoming drink (As Adverti*****t). No one received us and it took 10 min of standing around to figure out where our seat was.<br> <br> Eventually at 12:05 we took our seats, but, no waiter! There was no aircon or airflow. It was extremely hot to the point where my pregnant wife thought she was going to pass out.<br> <br> At about 12:30 we moved outside (without any help) - it was still hot, but at least we had fresh air. At this stage we were still not served and had nothing to drink. No order has been placed.<br> 10 minutes later I got up (again) to search for a waiter and placed our drinks order at the kitchen doors.<br> <br> 13:10 (30 min after placing drinks order and 65 min after arriving) we got up and left. Christmas was spoiled.<br> <br> I mailed Dros on 7 January. Again on 18 January. Again on 2 February. Only a reply that it is referred to specific outlet.<br> <br> What's worse is that I was forced to buy something at the local gass station (Christmas day at 13h20, everything else was closed) for my pregnant wife and she ended in hospital with food poisening.
