WORST SERVICE EVER

Shana the manager at the Okovango centre Dros Kraaifontein has the worst attitude that I have ever seen, such a person should be ban form working with people. Even when we threaten to complain to head office she had no worries in the world telling us that she has a lot of friends at head office so we can complain as much as we want nothing will happen to her. So my friends and I did just that complained to head office and we didn't hear a word back from them. My friend phoned head office refusing to be treated like ******* and to get answers on the poor service not only from the manager but from head office as-well, the phone was answered by a lady named Zena she could not put my friend through to a manager because NO MANAGERS AT HEAD OFFICE WAS AVAILABLE FOR THE WHOLE DAY!!!! and only the managers read the complaints. So... I'm not surprised of the poor service not even the head office knows how to deliver costumer service!!!!
