worst service ever

I went to Dros last night with my family for a lovely family supper like we always have there. this specific evening we stood at the door for a few minutes an basically walked in with no one to seat us until a waiter saw us when we came in.Then we got seated we waiting a while before the waitress eventually came to us to take our order. She had the worst attitude ever and it stank up the place. Firstly she take our drink orders an spoke to me in a very sarcastic tone which i didn't appreciate but I just went on she brings the drinks an i then before i give the order for the food she snaps at me cause im drinking my drink without a straw. she turns an says <br> 'didn't i give you a straw an said yes but i prefer it without.She walks away. she comes back an ask if im finally ready to order as if to say i took enough of her time. i went to the manger on duty an he made Gift our waiter,this young man is very good at his job an takes pride in it. We get our food an after 30minutes they realize they didn't bring my so s food. This was the worse service i have ever received and wont recommend anyone to go there,That waitress told the other staff a there were even speaking about the situation.
