Worst Service Ever

<p>Dros Willow Bridge, in Cape Town., 29th November 2016 - My family, have been there before and never had the discusting service or attitude we experienced last night. I needed to highlight our worst experience ever in a restuarant. We had placed our order and when we noted that people who sat down after, we had start getting their meals, we asked our waiter, whats happening to our meal. Apon which he just said they very busy, but yet the restuarant was'nt even busy and pointed that out to him. We gave it a few more minutes but after 50 minutes of waiting for our food asked for the manager, only to be told that they had run out of steak and had sent someone to get some more. It's not even 8pm in the evening and they had run out of steak, seriously. Not once did anyone think to ask us if we would like to order something else, nothing was said, the waiter avoided our table. The manager then offered us starters as the meat was to arrive shortly, we told her that if by the time we finished our starters and the meat had not arrived we would be leaving. Needless to say the meat arrived shortly after the starters hit our table. Our steaks arrived shortly there after, the sauces we ordered we runny excuse for a mushroom sauce which I pointed out to the manager and she removed. By that time I was just ready to leave. We asked for the bill and the sauces were still on the bill I asked the waiter to please speak to the manager and remove this from the bill, as she had taken the sauce from the table. The waiter, thought he was doing us a major favour by this point. I had made up my mind that there was no way I'm tipping this waiter, not with this attitude. And to make matters worst, this fool actually asked where's his tip. I nearly took the card machine and stuffed it down his throat. Needless to say I will not be going back there, the service sucks and the waiter's need to be shot, they should be reminded they providing a service and bad service does not get you tips.</p>
