Worst service

On the 26th of August we decided to have dinner and drinks at Dros in Randburg. At first everything was fine until the waiter disappeared for close to half an hour, our drinks were empty, we couldn't order food and didn't see her in the restaurant. I had to approach the manager to bring this to his attention. From there on we received the expected service from the waiter. <br> <br> After I got home, I noticed that we were charged different prices for castle lite draught. The first 4 were priced at R26.00 and after I complained about the non existent service, we were charged a R29.95 per draught which I find expensive. <br> <br> Above that, I ordered a take away trinchado. The creamy spicy sauce and beef strips were wrapped in foil and placed in a container. It was impossible to get the food out of the foil as it tear and fell on the table. I ended up throwing everything away. R59.95 down the drain because it wasn't placed in a seal-able container. <br> <br> I just want to know, after receiving bad service and giving a 10% tip, why we were charged different prices for the same items? The way I feel they should have given me discount instead of over charging me.
