Worst attitude of manager and bad quility of food

If I could I would not even give it one star! How is this restaurant even still open! Orderd food and when it arrived I was so shocked! I do not understand how a manager can even let food of this quality leave its premises. I contacted the restaurant (and I use the word "restaurant" very graciously) and spoke to frank informing me he is the manager. I informed him on the poor quality of the food that has arrived and the portion size of the calamary for R70 rand and you only get 2 strips??? The quality of the food was barely edible!!! I was told by Frank what is he now supposed to do and then inform me to get in my car and bring it back!! What!? I was so shocked! After a huge argument with another person that called himself Willie he came to collect the food with a very stinky attitude and informing me there is nothing wrong with the quality of there food and that it was not there problem but Mr delivery's problem. How is the quality of the food Mr delivery's fault?? When I informed him that I will be reporting him he started to laugh and told me who am I going to report to. Clearly He is a very arrogant man who does not care for his owner of the business!
