What a disgrace

On the night of 30 October I arranged a gathering for my husband's birthday. we where 12 people and my bill ended up being round about R3000.00. I then decided to post my views on FB and immediately had a response from the manager Andre, after a couple of chats he advised me to make a booking under his name and he will ensure we will have the best night ever. so when I phoned Dros to make this booking, Andre was on leave and I was told I will get a discount of R300 max on my bill. Now my problem is, I spent R3000 there, it was humiliating for our waiters, they even apologized and said it happens often. It was out in the open, the kitchen staff was in the restaurant, the managers where shouting just as hard as the rest. Now phoning Andre back as he is back from leave, I asked him for the owner who is Wimpy's number, he says to me he cant give it to me. He then states that I am Threatening him with wanting to phone Wimpy. According to him, giving us a free supper as we had that night will be such a loss to the company that Wimpy will never allow it. I have all my kiddies parties there. But I can promise you never will they see me again. DISGUSTING
