Unwelcoming service

<p>My family and I (6 adults & 2 children) were planning on having dinner at Dros Montana yesterday 18 May 2016. The week before we made a booking by contacting ***. A gentlemen made the booking for 18:30. When we arrived yesterday, we were told that all bookings were cancelled and customers have been contacted. We did not receive any call from Dros and was shown away as there were no space. We were basically just left out in the cold, with my 2 little children. Very unhappy with the way we were treated, the lady at the reception did not even try to accommodate us.</p>
