Unprofessional service

<p>On Friday 13 May I made a booking for 15 people for the 18th of May at the Dros in Watermeyer; the person I was on the phone with confirmed everything and said that my booking has been made. Then I called today 17 May just to make sure everything is in order when the person on the phone said I cannot make a booking. When I asked why the haven't just told me that they do not take bookings when I called, the person hung up the phone. I find it quite unprofessional and a poor reflection on the image of Dros as a well established restaurant franchise. There should be better communication between the operators and customers as well as not rude behaviour such as hanging up the phone</p>
