under cooked food

we had dinner Saturday night at Dros canal walk. our order of rump steak , chips serlion steak and baked Potato was disgusting. the steaks were both raw and not even medium to rare.Our food was as cold as if it came out the fridge.we then reported to the waiter who told us he will take it back but we told him to put it in a takeaway as we were not willing to wait a minute longer, we informed the manager and left. food was just put in take away bags and thats. the matter was handled unproffessionl and unacceptable as our meals were pricy
