Terrible New Years Eve Service

We arrived at around 4:35pm at the Silver Lakes Dros. We were greeted at the door, shown our table, given two menus and that was the end of the service. We watched the gentlemen in the white shirt, I assume he was the manager, playing on his phone, the waiters chatting by the door, a few waiters walked past, one waiter helped himself to the sweet jar but no-one came to take our order. The manager eventually walked right past our table and disappeared somewhere in the back. At 5:10pm, I got up to hand the menus back to a waitress and said we're leaving due to the lack of service. I left the restaurant with my poor 5 year old son in tears as he had specially asked to go to the Dros. We went to Spar and as we walked back to the car, the gentlemen in the white shirt and a waiter were casually sitting outside smoking. Very disappointing, especially as it was New Year's Eve as well.
