Special only for certain people

<p>The Dros is having their birthday special on Wednesdays this month. Now last week we went to the Dros in Hatfield and had the special then I asked if I could book a table for the special for the next week as it was very busy and I was told I couldn’t book it’s not allowed for the special, that was still the fine part of this story. Yesterday (25 May 2016) we went back to Dros Hatfield at around 13:00 we were told the special was sold out as the sauces was out of stock that goes on the burgers so I asked if we can have the burgers without sauce if that was the only issue then I was told no the burger patties that was left was only for customers that booked for the special. Then I asked one of the managers ( a black lady) if I could the book for the special next week Wednesday around 5pm. Without checking her dairy or even asking for how many people she just said sorry we are full. She said if I wanted to eat the special I should come next week at 10 am. Now clearly this special is only for selected customers who are buddies with the staff of Dros Hatfiel. The attitude was poor the excuses was even worse, you have lost a loyal customer</p>
