Slow staff Bad attitude from Manager

WORST SERVICE AND MANAGER! We waited long for a waiter to come to our table - without menu's. We received our drinks eventually. I ASKED for a menu to order. and once again waited. EVENTUALLY i could order a simple breakfast and waited LONGER. I asked the staff to speak to a manager and Brondson came to \assist\" me. I have NEVER met anyone with such poor management and people skills. I made my complaint about waiting endlessly for service and also pointing out that almost all the tables are waiting on waiters, food, drinks and bills (there were hardly customers - I took a picture) His whole attitude was no care and rude, he said to me they have a kiddie party and we have to wait and I must not worry about other people. I told the waitress to take off my breakfast and bring the bill. Brondson came to the table with a no care attitude and said my breakfast will take 5min - I said I asked to cancel it and once again said my complaint - out of frustration I said they give a F about customers - I apologised. He gave a ****y remark and my husband got upset. He stood with his hands on the table and in my husbands face and stared him down that they almost got physical. WORST MANAGER EVER"
