Shocking experience

<p>Upon our arrival we barely got greated, our waiter was clueless and could hardly communicate, we later learned that he was still in training. We still proceeded to order our meals, which were as follows: A prawn and calamari platter (chips were still raw and prawns were tiny, no finger bowl proved) 2x eisbiens (both were boiled, cold and completely inedible) the vegetables were insipid. The glasses that were on the table were filthy and so were the windows. The manager that was on duty was to busy watching T.V and didn't really take our complaints seriously, her appearance was shocking to say the least (filthy finger nails). So terrible experience to say the least. </p>
