Service Sucks

This Dros is quite larney, compared to the others, so we expected awesome service. 1) The gaming consoles in the kids play area, were not working and there were empty glasses in the room, posing a real danger to kids, running around. When we asked if there is a child minder, we were told that she's too busy but they will make a plan. A plan was made not too long before we left the establishment. The waiter brought the kids menus which have doubles as a great activity sheet and when we asked for crayons, we were told that there aren't any. I then asked if they could make a plan in purchasing crayons and then they would have it for the future, nobody ever came back to me. 2) We ordered kids meals, only be told later that they only have nuggets for 1 child's meal
