Service sucked

Went to Dros at Nigel. Got a message to say we have loyalry point to redeem!! Ja right. Nobody to receive at reception. Walked though to the dining area. 30 min latet after asking numerous waiters for assistance we were srtill just ignored just to be snipped by manager we had to wait to b seated. Please note my hubby is disabled!!! We got up and left. Sorry we will rather go to the Spur!!!. MUCH beter service and friendly personel
