SERVICE LEVELS AND FOOD NOT UP TO STANDARD

<p>Good day,</p> <p>Hope this mail finds you well.</p> <p>We had a 40th birthday at your branch yesterday. i am so sorry to say but the service we received was DISGUSTING!!!<br />From the minute we got there to the very second we left the Dros it was highly unpleasant.</p> <p>I personally waited 35mins to get my drink at my table, please do keep in mind it was35 degrees, there was no air con AT ALL. There were 4 tables upstairs including ours so the restaurant was not bust in any way so there was no excuse.<br />We asked for some water to be put on the tables, that again took 20-25mins. NO apology from the waiter. Im not sure if he was been forgetful or what the reason was for this long waiting periods for out orders.</p> <p>We eventually placed our order and told him if the food took longer than 30mins we were leaving and not paying. <br />WELL WELL, 30 mins later our food arrived. . . . . WRONG ORDER!!!<br />So we sent the food back, there was no bacon on the pizza. Bacon was just put ontop of the pizza half cooked and sent back to the table.<br />Least to say there was ABSOLUTELY no taste or basting on the pizza. I had one slice and decided we have had enough and was on our way.</p> <p>The lady manager(LIZA) at one stage came to our table very worried and apologized. She was not happy with the service herself WE COULD SEE THAT. Thank you to her for trying to keep the table happy. <br />I have never in my years ever had such a revolting pizza and not to speak about the service of the waiter.</p> <p>it has really saddend me to the point where i will not recommend nor return to your branch ever again. I truly hope that the waiter gets to be dealt with because that is the first and important problem. NOT sure if he had been under the influence or if there was something going on.</p> <p>hope that you will improve your service as the Dros in general is great.</p>
